Turning 21 but I'm still young!

I am sitting here with a HUGE cup of tea ready to write this beast of a blog on what has been happening over the last few months, it has been pretty crazy!

I would like to thank every single person that came to my launch gig in July at the Bowery, a special mention has to go to Fiona and Naomi, true swabybabes who travelled MILES to get there and made me my first fan t-shirts! We had an amazing night, the crowd were fantastic, in fact i think you were the most energetic bunch i have played to, the energy in the room was awesome and your singing along to the pop remix was EPIC!

In August i turned 21. AH this means i am officially an adult, i hope that doesn't mean i have to act like an adult :$ ! I had an amazing day, my lovely family and friends spoilt me.

I spent the rest of August getting on track, deciding what the next step was for me and my music.

Firstly, i decided it was time to leave Downtown management, it was time for me to move on as an artist and so now I am working with an amazing personal manager and an incredible new producer who is working on my new single with me.

At the end of August i had a cheeky trip to LA, sadly i am not allowed to tell you what for or what i did out there but it is such an awesome place and i had an incredible time meeting lots of musicians and producers.
Whilst my manager and i were making plans i went into the studio and made a few covers videos, they are on youtube right now so go and check them out!

So now for the exciting part - my NEW single.
Originally the plan was to release an EP and have a launch in December however we have made a few changes and hopefully when you hear the single you'll know why.
I have been in the studio working on new sounds and beats with Charlie my producer. The single is sounding amazing and it is sooo exciting, i can't wait for you all to hear it. I have decided to make my single a FREE DOWNLOAD, i think it is about time i do something for my fans i want you to have this song for free. The Swabybabes have supported me every single day, they make me smile every day and never let me down.

We are currently holding auditions for my debut music video, it is going to be filmed over the next 2 months. There will be lots of romance, dancing and fun! The lead up to the single release is hectic but SO exciting, however, the fitness and dieting is not so cool, i just REALLY want a Domino's - the day after the filming is done i am having a Domino's and bad food party to celebrate!

We are not sleeping and working overtime to get the single finished by next week as someone VERY big and exciting might be listening to the track!

At the moment life is full of recording and filming for the new single so i am holding off on the gigs at the moment however last night i played a very special and important gig for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
We all dressed in pink and had fun to raising money for people suffering with Breast Cancer. Thank you SO much to everyone who came along and supported us.

There is a very exciting year ahead! I cannot wait to see you of the swabybabes soon, i miss you!
Keep up the amazing support and i will keep up with all of you on facebook and twitter.

I had the first stage of auditions for dancers in my music video today and WOW there were so many awesome dancers! I can't wait to start filming the dance scene.
I am going into the Studio tomorrow to lay down the final vocals on my new track, I AM SO EXCITED for you to hear it.

So much Love to everyone,
I hope that you've had a wonderful weekend

Keep smiling
Chloe xx
